You, me or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But ain't about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward... how much you can take, and keep moving forward. Got tortured at the gym today. Power chest training today with Mat, Fan, Ryl and Ziq. As usual told my "takleh angs" joke. I think they liked it, was funny like shit. After gym went running. Jogged for 3 rounds, what an accomplisment. After that went thru the other stages of HELL with mat while the rest spectated the scene. Now im waiting for the cramps to come.
