Got tortured at the gym today. Power chest training today with Mat, Fan, Ryl and Ziq. As usual told my "takleh angs" joke. I think they liked it, was funny like shit. After gym went running. Jogged for 3 rounds, what an accomplisment. After that went thru the other stages of HELL with mat while the rest spectated the scene. Now im waiting for the cramps to come.
